April is an Alumni of Irwin County and Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College. She received her Real Estate License in 2006 and has been a REALTOR with Century21 Smith Branch & Pope since then. April is a member of the Tiftarea Board of Realtors, The Georgia Association of Realtors, and the National Assoiation of Realtors.
She has been working with REO (Real Estate Owned, better known as Bank Owned) properties since 2008 and has received a Certificate of Completion for Citi Mortgage REO Policies & Procedures, a Certificate of Completion of Advanced Evaluations, and Certificate of Completion for REO Best Practices in 2009. She has furthered her knowledge in Real Estate by obtaining the National Association's Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Designation in 2009, and has assisted in listing and selling properties for homeowners who owed more on their homes than what the home was worth in today's market. April obtained her Associate Brokers License in 2010.
She is dependable and hard working, and believes that pricing a property right the first time is the key to any sale.
When asked what her favorite thing about Real Estate is, she replied, "Seeing a couple's face light up when they find 'the one'. The one house they can say 'this it, this is my dream home.'"
When she is not listing and selling properties, April enjoys being with her family, friends, and pets (ask her about Emus). She is an active member of Bethany Missionary Baptist Church located in Irwin County where she is youth director, Sunday school teacher and part of the choir.
April invites you to pick up the phone and give her a call. Remember, sold is just a phone call away...and dreams really do come true!
